Is $36.5k a good price on a 2005 Xfire LTD convertible with Nav?

I am looking to purchase soon and was confused with this new pricing system.

Additional note, the one I am pricing has manual transmission and Nav system.

Why pay so much? There is a used graphite roadster for sale for $28,995 with 1,600 miles on it.

Save yourself some serious cash and buy used.
