Cars never been back for service so I wouldn't know. It definitely qualifies for a car as per Chryslers notification of this premium car policy but the car has required nothing yet, so I haven't needed a loaner. First oil change will be coming up but that's a do it while I wait.
The dealer I use for service has an arrangement with Enterprise. Twice I received a Dodge Durango, and when I asked for something smaller the last time, I received a Jeep Liberty.
Got a 2000 Town & Country with 135,000 miles on it! It was actually in great shape, but seemed like a whale after driving the Crossfire. The Crossfire was in for the radiator hose recall. Been waiting 2 months for a new latch assy. for the rear hatch TSB. The squeaking is driving me nuts!

So you guys that have received other Crossfires or the 300C did you have to ask for them or did the dealership just give it to you? I received a 1996 Cavalier and it had no gas, so I complained and they gave me a Magnum. I couldn’t believe they had the guts to give me a 1996 cavalier like that would be acceptable.
