Default Bottom Line 05 Base Xfire Price

Wondering if anybody had purchased an 05' base xfire lately and what they walked out the door with it for?
dealers offering it at $25,600 after EP AND 2000 REBATE...sounds a little high? They are supposed to call me back tomorrow. We'll SEE what happens.

I paid 23K for my 04' with 60 miles on it.
Just remember the 04's are all loaded, as there was no base model in 04'.
Good luck, and enjoy the crossfire, I know I do!

I got an 05' limited for 22k. I can't complain - love the car.

It seems the best deals can be realized on cars with the 6 speed transmission. I mean the 6 speed cars seem to sell for relatively less than the addotional cost of the autostick. That is my perception of the existing market.

Generally speaking, automatics are always about $1,000 more than a stick. Nothing new in your observation of the 6-speed selling for less than an auto.

I bought my brand new 2004 Limited Coupe (automatic) on Jan. 2, 2005 for $24,500 from my local dealer. The price quote you got is high for a Limited, let alone a base coupe.

What a great car for 24 or 25 grand...

Really one of the best deals in the marketplace of sports cars today.

Best of luck.
