I've debadged my ride!
Here's the links to the pics I took of my car right after debadging it. With the addition of Andrews revised emblems, I always thought it was a bit busy back there with it saying "Crossfire" twice, so I debadged it. IMO it looks alot cleaner and will be easier to wax and wipe down too, seeing I used to get hung up on the "I" once in a while! I also did a 3 step process to the area after debadging it because, I used WD40 and waxed dental floss for the procedure, gotta protect it you know! Enjoy the pics and if someone here makes the pics visible w/o clicking onto them, thanks inadvance!

why can't my wife arrange to send my car to overhaulin'? just a dream.
Actually, I think painting out the wings using the car color would erase or blend almost all traces of the wings except to the discernable viewer. I am not sure what type of paint would adhere to chrome thou - and I guess it would be reversible if one wanted to go back to stock.

Personally, I like the "crossfire" badge. The name "crossfire" is very unique and I am proud to have it displayed. I like that each letter has that little tag on them. Very different.
The chrome wing adds a nice shiny part too. I like the wing. JMO

For the record, I love the way its written "Crossfire" back there, very nice, but with the addition of Andrew emblems, I had to make it look right. If I hadn't bought those emblems, I would NEVER had taken the letters off, but I don't regret getting Andrew emblems because it covers up all of those ugly Chrysler emblems which don't belong on a sports car IMO.

I agree... I love the crossfire font but would like to debadge the wings which i find so commonplace. IMO, they should not be on the crossfire and family van (among others) as well. It reduces the uniqueness of the crossfire
I sort of like the Crossfire letters on the rear of the car, but the Chrysler wing/logo is a bit over the top.
We need to inspire some creative soul on this forum (or out there in a very big world) to design and develop something unique to replace the Chrysler logo on the rear of the car. I assume that the logo is mounted with screws/rivets thru the metal? If so, then it would require something that would overlay the holes. Hmmm....now what would meet that objective and still look good?
