Default Intake Air Temp Mod

Anyone know if the chips (resistor actually) modifying temp sensor on air intake provides any performance improvement. Velocity Performance Module promises positive results. Anyone ever tried these type products? Any improvements?

I can tell you for a fact, if you replace the thermostat sensor in the cooling system with one that opens at a lower temp, your on board computer will feed more gas to the engine. Reason being is understanding your computer is being told that your engine is still cold.

Any sensor replacement will effect how your computer reads what is happen with the engine, and then it does it's magic. So if you know how a sensor effects the engine, you can do your magic, and trick the computer. hooah

If you can do enough of these type of tricks, you don't need to flash your ecu.
