Default Sunroof for the xfire

Would like to know how many people with coupes have installed a sunroof. I know one member posted pics of one his dealer installed. My wife wants to get one for her xfire. I'm just not sure how good it seals or looks with the raised area on the xfire's roof. I would welcome your opinions.

Thanks.

cfire,
There's only one that I know of, which is the one you mentioned that's posted on this site. I'm sure any of the aftermarket sunroofs, when properly installed, will not leak. The big concern I would have is how it would affect the continuation of the centerline of the car. I can't imagine any sunroof that could pull it off. That is why I believe this car does not have the option of a sunroof

However, what I think *would* work nicely would be a T top. You would still have the openness of the sunroof over each seat and be able to keep the centerline of the car in tact. It would require a lot of custom fabrication done by a good shop but the end result would be stunning. Or of course you could trade your Coupe in for the Roadster. ;-)

You asked for opinions, here's mine.
I purchased the coupe (not the roadster) because of the beautiful and unique roof line and wouldn't think of altering that in any way. I've seen the photos of the sunroof posted on this site. IMHO a sunroof mod would ruin the look of the entire car. Open the windows if you need air. The sun is bad for your skin. The roof protects you from getting pelted by debris and keeps your hair from getting messed up. Nuf said...
Peace.

I have a roadster so I've never thought of this but a T-top crossfire might look really nice.

I wouldn't have bought a xfire if I couldn't have a vert! "With the top laid back and the sunshine shine in".
