3rd annual FALL 2009 - Tail of the Dragon meet - Oct. 30, 31 - Nov. 1
Heck, Mike, you should've come; we've already been infected with the XF bug!
I loook forward to seeing you both in the fall.

Reservations made! Count Maryann and I in for fall in the X-Fire. It should be a great time. We will also be down there on the motorcycles in July. Me on the Tiger and her on her Ducati. It will be a summer of internal combustion!

just a question.what was the final opinion on the luggage that was shipped over frome europe?did it fit well ...does it look good ..and is there enough interest to get a discount on a group order? how much total to get it over here?i am interested ,if the price is right.it looks like it would fit well into a roadster.
gryfan......'05 ssb roadster

Sorry for the delay, as there was little/no interest shown at the dragon.
It seems like a well built 3 piece set of luggage that has an attractive speckled finish and a nice satin lining. 2 of the bags are angled to fit under the lowered cargo divider so it can be used when the top is down. The 3rd, largest piece fits snugly through the trunk hatch and when placed on the bottom of the trunk can be slid to the left or right ~ 10" so one can fit another object next to it. I had a small toolkit and a bag of booze that filled this space perfectly. To top it off, when the luggage is in place, it leaves a briefcase sized area on the top or maybe space for a couple of jackets.
All in all, a very nice set. My wife has already instructed me to buy a set-group buy or not. I'll post pics here tomorrow...
I'll have to get a price from the buyer. It may go up as the vendor said to me that he would not use the same shipper (DHL Basic) It will add cost, but will enable tracking.

Talk about poorly timed food poisoning.
At least they had the eggs cleared off of the parking lot by the spring GTG.

I should have new wheels, rubber and CAI for the fall, and probably not have the wife in tow, so I won't have the nag factor. I will probably bring her brother he's cool, so I am not looking for a roommate at this time.
Great pics in your gallery as well!

Hey you guys do just fine on the dragon and hellbender....Tom and I are not what you call "stock"...I've done a lot of tune work with the mods I have and will be doing some more... the Dragon is about you and your car...and having fun...I like to push mine, but not when we are on our tour of the mountain....I wait and sneek away for a private session...but it sounds like there will be more company for my little private session in the fall...we shall see...should have updated the shocks, maybe manifolds, and a new tune by then...just have to see how summer goes, but we will be back for at least 3 days this time...can't wait, love it down there...
Ad me to the list Plus 1 guest in an S2000. I'm planning on the usual Friday - Monday
