This is for everyone to get something to eat after a long drive up/down and also to socialize and meet everyone before the weekend's events begin. PizzaGuy is calling the lodge in the morning to try to find a location for us to have this event. I think he is also going to inquire about access to a large pot and maybe a stove. Worst case, we can heat it up in a large disposable aluminum pan on one of the gas grills. I think PizzaGuy also mentioned using the Community Center to host this event.

Your time from 6 to 8 sounds perfect and I'm sure that will accommodate nearly everybody that will be arriving on Thursday regardless of the time they're coming in
