So . . . Cindy has been telling me we need to start bringing TWO Crossfires to the Tail of the Dragon and Crossfire Fun in the Ozarks events. Now that my brother and his wife bought a Crossfire and will be coming each hear, she says they want to go shopping in the surrounding towns but I always want to go with one of the organized group runs each day. She wants to have her own Crossfire there so she and Kathleen can do their own thing each day . . .

I should work I would think for 1 only,I just looked up the a Crossfire is 70 inches wide, that would leave you approximately 30 inches left over for the wheel arches etc. You wouldn't get 2 in length wise though with the Crossfire coming in at 13.3 ft.

Hello Dr. George, Yes, I saw that one . . . As Larry figured out . . . it's too short to fit two Crossfires and also the weight capacity is too low.

Agreed, as long as your SUV can handle the tongue weight - gonna be a lot with those wheels way at the back.

 

That sure is a beauty there Bob; and 1/3 the price! You'd also get way more thumb's up attention showing off the cars with that open hauler.

 

Hi Dr. George, You are correct about too much tongue weight with the axles set back that far . . . I need one with the axles more centered on the trailer bed as in this photo (shows one with a wooden deck but I will want all aluminum) . . .

Probably need to apply for a parking permit for that to go on the Fontana resort property ..lol

Fontana has requested that trailer parking be down by the General Store (even though I seemed to have ignored that this past visit - sometimes I just get an uncontrollable urge to break the rules!) . . . There is lots of room down there . . . Just hope I don't have to arrive pulling that trailer thru the Dragon! That would really ruffle some motorcycle feathers!
