Thank You,

The Itinerary for this upcoming event is here
For those who come in early on Sunday… many of us join together at the Crescent hotel around 5pm for Pizza at the Sky Bar.
Another option is the Horseshoe Grill in Eureka Springs
With your $55 registration fee, you signed up for our wonderful Monday morning breakfast buffet at the Inn of the Ozarks convention center.
Also, the Thursday night full dinner is included in your $55 at the same gathering room in the hotel convention center.
Since your registration fee only covers your meals, we raise money for the event with a fun raffle.
We ask attendees to please bring raffle items! Though not required, it is a gesture of support for the event, and it really helps.
You can bring your raffle item(s) to the convention meeting room on Sunday at 4pm or Monday morning before the breakfast.
We have 2 signups for limited space events.
The Wednesday Pontoon Boat outing at 3pm-5pm from the Eagle Rock Marina..and the Sunday and Monday night Eureka Springs tour at 7pm.
The pontoon boat is $30 per person and the tour of Eureka Springs is free, but limited to 7 cars, all of which will need a radio.
You can sign up for either one by texting Peggy at 479-253-1732.
She will let you know when spaces are full.
Wednesday night this year, attendees will be treated to a music concert in the convention center featuring the duo, 'A-Chord' at 7pm.
There will be a cash bar, so don't miss that!
About the daily route runs. Typically there will be 3 routes per day. There are short routes, 2 to 3 hours, which depart later in the morning.
And there are longer runs, 4-6 hours, which depart earlier in the mornings and have a lunch stop along the route.
On Tuesday night we have an annual party at Bob and Patti Tetu’s beautiful Buck Mountain home, with food (potluck), laughter and fun.
On Thursday there is a police escorted parade of all our cars through the historic district of Eureka Springs.
Great photo ops! Afterward, the closing banquet will take place in the convention center.

So, those are the basics! We look forward to seeing you all and having a great week of driving, friendship, and fun!!

Hi ever since I read about your fun in the Ozarks gathering I have been very excited to attend it with my wife and our 2005 Blaze
red limited Roadster. But!! with the current state of relations between our countries we will not attend. If you get a new Government I hope
thing will change and we can again become great neighbors and friends.

So you're going to let two governments control your life and destroy having a chance at meeting people and having fun?
That doesn't make any sense in my opinion. I would go because I want to meet people and see other Crossfires and have fun.

I fully agree and was about to post the same thing here
Its unfortunate that politics stands in the way of people living their lives and enjoying themselves but everyone has the option to choose
With that said I don't want this thread to become political so this discussion ends here !!

I'm leaving tomorrow at 7am to go to Branson, Missouri for 3 nights before going to the Best Western Inn of the Ozarks in Eureka Springs, Arkansas
I'll check in there on Sunday and enjoy this week long event with 35 Crossfires and 65 people
This is our 10th annual time in the Ozarks and I have only missed attending one of them
I will share a link with my photos in this thread throughout the week or once I return home on June 21

Hay! We just got home from the Eureka Springs Event: 6,824 miles round trip. Alabama to Arkansas to Idaho and back to Alabama with numerous stops all along the way. Added a quart of oil, but not a bit of a problem with the car. Averaged about 28.4 miles per gallon.
