Default Meet and Greets

I'm curious as to how far folks have driven their Crossfire's to different events.

The furthest event I attended was in Eureka Springs Ak, 1660 kms each way. Well worth the trip!

Not to an event but I did drive 3700 km to pick up items from Rob at NW
and 2100 to pick up at LM21 continued to San Diego before heading back (so actually 2,600 km in that run)

these are both one way numbers but the trips were return trip so double KM
always travel with emulator. I needed it on California trip an upper cat plugged And left me stuck on the side of the highway in SAN Fran

This thread I shared here has the lists for the annual event in North Carolina that were held twice a year since 2007
In these lists you can see all the towns, states from which the people traveled from in their Crossfires to Fontana Dam, North Carolina

I’m in St Louis and would like to go to one of the events. NC would be cool.

End of April I'll be attending a retreat in Redwood Valley, California. Easiest and most affordable to drive (vis-a-vis flying and renting a car or taking the train and renting a car), and it's 1230 miles each way from home in New Mexico. The gas will cost more than driving our Malibu, but I may never have another chance to drive with the top down through the redwoods. Next year, we're thinking of the Eureka Springs gathering which is just 1030 miles each way.
These cars love to be driven!

I will be attempting my first long drive from NJ to the Athens event in Ohio. About 516 miles each way. Looks like I'll be flying solo this year.
Hopefully, my back will hold out.

I wish we had at least one event in New Jersey. I tried to get something going a while back, but there was no interest.

Well, if I make it to the Woodward this year, that'll be about 1800 miles to and fro. I'm still up in the air, but definitely leaning towards going.
