It appears our host hotel is nearly sold out for room availability.
I recommend the Quality Inn about 1 mile from our host hotel as an alternate hotel for your room reservatons
It is the hotel we all stayed at the first time at the Ozarks event

We haven't yet cancelled our reservation at Best Western Inn of the Ozarks. We were holding out in case my business commitments changed.

We're willing to transfer the room reservation to another owner who needs it at this point.

We also once again have the option of going to enjoy the historic Lunch Train on Tuesday
Plan to arrive no later than 12pm at the train station (just 2 miles from the hotel)
Train boards at 12:15pm (arrive early to park)
The train does a slow pace 4.5 mile trip in the Ozarks and lunch is served during the ride.
Ride time is 1.5 hours and allows typically arrives back at the station no later then 2pm

I sent out an email today to all who have registered for this event
It contains a brief overview of our week in the Ozarks and the itinerary already shared here is attached.
Several including me have already reserved a spot for the "Lunch Train" on Tuesday June 16th
I'm noting the ones who reserve the lunch train in post #2 next to the names if it is posted here for me to know.
The last time we did this was in 2015 and we nearly filled the train with our Crossfire Group !!

My business commitment has been confirmed. We aren't able to attend the event. Our hotel reservation is still available for transfer to another owner. If no one takes it by 5/15, we'll cancel.
