Wiper arm
WantedExterior Body Parts
U may be right, being i don't have a crossfire at the moment to see which is which , the guy here ask for the pass side, I told him i had both he sent me a P/N ,it was the short one ,so i assumed it was the pass side,, anyway i have the long one if anyone needs it. jim
On the original cars, the short one was on the driver side and it had a spoiler on it, my second car came with them switched. Maybe he had them switched and he gave you the correct number but for the wrong side.
I have the original wiper arms on my car. I just replace the blades.
Anyway, he got what he asked for.
When switched they do not wipe the rain off as well as if they are on the correct sides.

Back to the wipers, the shorter one is Crossfire specific 193 part number and the longer one has an actual Mercedes part number.
I think it depended on the mood of the German who put the car together or the robot. On some screws such as the ones on top of the grille were supposed to be hex head according to parts catalog but on some cars they put torx head screws. They also used different fasteners under the bumpers, sometimes push pins and other times a screw with a speed nut. Some cars they painted the rear wheel well coating and others they didn't etc.

When it comes to painting a different robot setup or a different painter may lead to various patterns.
My brand new 2004 Crossfire was the best assembled car I ever had.
