Just thought someone might like to know. Had my car for just over two weeks and luggage arrived today: No phone calls no hassles.

Well I spoke with Gerry Clawson who checked with Chrysler and informed me that my two SRT's were not entitled to receive the luggage as my cars were part of the Feb. '07 auction / inventory reduction. I asked her to convey my disappointment to Chrysler and my earnest belief (as a lawyer) that Chrysler was making a mistake. Three days later I was contacted by Chrysler - the luggage is now on the way.

Being new to the Crossfire, am I to understand that SRT6 owners (well, buyers of new SRT6 cars) receive free matched luggage and the rest do not? I'm fine with that, just so you know, but I am curious.

 

If your window sticker list "Touring Gear" then you are entitled to a luggage set regardless of what model of car you bought. This is assuming that you've purchased new, and if this is the case it can take a few weeks or so for the luggage to arrive. Many of the members who have not received luggage have gotten their cars second hand with the prior/original owners getting the luggage.

The luggage matches the car with 5 spoke wheels and strakes. The SRT-6 luggage is labeled as such but has the same 5 spoke wheels. If you're not eligible for a set through Chrysler then there is always Ebay. Hope you can get a set since the luggage really is high quality stuff.
