Default '07 crossfire??

The new chrysler corp website lists an '07 crossfire in 2 convertible models a black roadster stick and a red automatic with srt wheels. They also list a coupe. A local dealer is advertising '06 and '07 crossfires. Has anyone else heard this?

They are out there. I have an acquaintance who has an '07 Limited Roadster.

The red one with SRT wheels is the SE (special edition).

Yes, my brother-in-law has a 2007 SSB Roadster Ltd. He's a retired D-C exec and they offered a great (unbelievable) lease for 1 year... He picked it up at the marshalling center in May... To bad they did not extend the lease to other family members.
The only change we noticed between the 2007 and my 2006 was a hinged glove-box door, instead of one that drops down. Everything else is the same. I guess one other item is that they will not issue him the "Touring Gear" (luggage), that is being held (somewhere) during the lease.

Yes indeed. KcKey12's brother-in-law attended Woodward and we checked out his 2007's build date, etc.
The build date is 2/07 and I don't remember the last 6 digits of the VIN exactly, but I think it was somewhere around 072XXX. And the 10th VIN digit was a 7 denoting model year 2007.

They save some money by not issuing the luggage. The next person will not be eligible either. So nobody gets it. (but I'm not bitter)...
