Hey Gary,

It looks like another Seller, selling the Same Jacket & Design & working with the Same Sweat-Shop maybe. His S&H is $3. more Right Now!

The Price of Crude Oil, is affecting the Price of these a lot, he had to go up $3 on the Jackets this past month, he said & more later!

My 2 cents (b/4 inflation) Worth!

Silver, see what colors are possible.

Use the Crossfire font and eliminate the Chrysler across the front middle and you will have a winner. BTW, I will need an Inferno Red.

I look forward to you pulling this off. If so, I'm in for two. One for my better half and one for me.

Cool Re: Crossfire Jacket

I have been in contact with the parent company that is selling these jackets on Ebay. They have an office in rochester New York. I am in discussion with them to produce the jackets with the correct "Crossfire" font and in the jacket color of your choice. The "XFI" logo can be added for members of XFI, I will have to touch base with Sennaspirit to work that out. If we order enough jackets any changes will be done for free, average turnaround will be 10 - 14 days to your door. What I need from our group is:

1) How many are interested in getting jackets that are matched (as close as possible) to thier cars?

2) If there is a general consenus to change the layout of the jackets (ex. adding "Coupe", "Roadster" or "SRT6") Anything can be removed, added or rearranged on the jackets.

3) I will need a breakdown of how many of each color will be needed (all jackets will have to be ordered at one time to keep the price acceptable).

If anyone has any suggestions or ideas please PM me. I will be talking to one of thier sales reps tomorrow and try to get some general pricing on the jackets. I know that Silverfox is working on something similiar, I am not sure if it is the same vendor, Silver please chime in if it is and maybe we can combine the effort.

CrossfireLTD,
It's all yours! I've got my hands full w/the April Meet, Selling My car, a House & a lot & Tax Season. I'm glad you are taking the ball and running with it.
Your suggestions above are all good, plus:
a) Be sure and get Rid of that Hideous Big CHRYSLER & Logo on the Middle Front bridging the zipper?
b) Maybe add First Names &/or Forum Name on the Front Upper Left or right w/ the XFi Member Below?
c) Make sure the Size Chart is Exactly Correct?

Thanks Again!
My Best,
Bill (SF)

BTW, Are you going to be able to make the Dragon Meet in April?

I will need a red jacket to match my car. If you go with the model, I will need "Roadster"

A thought...instead of having Chrysler Crossfire, would it be possible to high light Crossfire and then have three logos (all similar sized) for the three contributors to the car- Chrysler, Mercedes, Karmann. If you could place the logos on a sleeve or under Crossfire on the left breast, I think you would have a cool product. I'm not married to the idea, because I don't want Chrysler purists upset, but the idea does appeal to me.

Thanks for your efforts.

As long as that logo on the front is gone I will be down for at least one. Let us know our options.
I need to replace my corvette jacket.
Do we want to clue the other site in also?

I vote to keep it simple:

1. Remove the Chrysler emblem off the front.
2. Correct Crossfire font.
3. No Coupe, Roadster or SRT-6 (well, maybe an SRT-6 option)
4. I actually like the racing yellow color. No color will be an exact match to the cars except black and maybe alabaster.

I would buy two. One large and one small.

I am sure I will be buying a XL after the final selections are made available,
I have seen a lot of good ideas mentioned here so I believe the final product will be something members will want to buy.
