Top down-Had to
It got clear up to 55 degrees here in Nebraska so I had to get the top down for the first time. What a kick. It was great to finally drive my crossfire as it was intended. Tomorrow is forecast to be even better. I'm loving this car more every toime I drive it.

Pretty sweet isn't it!
Anytime it's over 50 degrees out.......the top goes down, and the heater goes on!
BTW......Did you notice everyone staring at you.....it's not because you have the top down in cold weather......it's because everyone is in love with your car! Get used to it......it'll happen all summer long!

50 degrees is the magic number for us too. On Long Island you sometimes get lucky as we have this year. You are right, people have a tendency to look but they always will.
In Houston today, it was a partly cloudy with a cool breeze and high of 76 (although the temp gauage read 83 at one time). I had the day off so I drove most of the day. Also stopped by the DW's work place to pick her up for lunch. Didn't drop her back at work until 2.5 hours later
Drove about 200 miles today.. all with the top down and having a blast.. The roadsters got about 625 miles on it now.. and I know I shouldn't redline it until the engine's broken in at 1000 miles, but can't help myself.

I had my top down today too. It wasn't quite 50 degrees (more like 44-45) but it was nice. Big step up from the 20 degree temps we had all week. And yes, people were looking at me like i was nuts. Love it!!
Topless in Colorado, what fun...We drove from Co. Springs to Pueblo yesterday, took the girlfriend and the puppy to the riverwalk. The weather set records, in the high 70's in Co. Springs, today it is snowing, I love Colorado. Everyone else was in a hurry, we just cruzed along at seventy enjoying every minute.
I'm jealous. My babies are still in the garage and will be for another month. It was warm enough this weekend, but I won't take them out with snow melt and slush (+ all the salt) on the roads.
Last November I took it on a 200 mile RT one night to see a hockey game at Ferris State. Top down in both directions, including the ride home with the external temperature gauge at 31o. It was the only way my wife would let me smoke my victory cigar (Union College beat FSU 3-1). Turn the heat and seat all the way to high and enjoy the fresh air!
