Question New member puzzled

I have just joined and don't know what I'm doing. I have know idea were I should post this?
I just bought a 2005 XFIRE roadster with 8,416 miles on the odometer. I fell in love at first sight. Only thing is I can't make the automatic door locks work. I have tried what they said in the manual, but it still does not work. Any suggestions?

You've tried the key fob and the button under the radio?

I have tried turning the ignition key to run and holding the open button for at least 5 seconds but the locks to still do not lock at over 9 miles an hour.

I think he means how they automatically lock after driving away.

First time that I've heard that problem discussed. However, this is definitely the correct place to ask.

Thanks for your reply. That is exactly what I meant. The locks should lock when I start out and I reach a speed of over 9 mph.
I'm still getting used to this sight. How do I reply to a message? I'm starting to feel a lot stupid!

You're new and this happens especially when it's not that obvious. It could go under the Crossfire Coupe, or even the General forums. The XFi forum is a membership forum for the Crossfire International Auto Club discussions.

I hope someone can help you with your question. I'm not sure I've ever paid attention to that feature.

Got this from the manual. Should be the answer.
