Default Tire tread wear

My 2005 Crossfire has 20k miles and the rear tires seam to have significant wear. Its even wear. Does anyone know the tread wear specs on the OEM Conti tires?

I'm at 22K, one rear tire is down to the wear bars, the other is not far away.

I won't go with the Conti's again, the seem to break away to easily, the
back that is, dry roads with traction control off. I hate the "shut down" that kicks in often.

I'm 700 miles into a new set of Michelin Pilot Sport PS2's. I honestly do not remember the Conti's being this much fun. For the extra couple of hundred spent, I'm more than happy I did not stay with the Continentals.

I had 42K on mine before I replaced them. I still had about a mm above the wear bar but figured I was close enough. Fronts still had about 4mm left - maybe a little more.

My SRT6 has just under 7000 miles on it, and I think I've already used about 1/3 to 1/2 of the the fun trapped inside the PS2s.
