I just wondered if anybody has installed one of those Pioneer Shallow Woofers on Roadster...? and an Amplifier on a roadster...?

I'm done with the sound quality of the Radio and speakers....etc...etc.......

I'm so frustrated with this......No IPOD Connector....NAV is almost useless.... I can't use my cd Player when the NAV is running........ I hate it....I hate it...... The sound is bad....No bass........a lot of distortion.... etc...etc.....

I'll be removing the whole system tomorrow and trashing it where I don't see it again....

My Project for the Week....Please help me with suggestions.......I don't know much about this.... but I do know that I hate the system that I have now..........

I'm installing a New Head Unit..... I'll be replacing the Original Amplifier for something better....I'll be installing 2 Pioneer Shallow 8" woofers.... New Kappa infinity Speakers on front Doors.....

The problem with the roadster is that there is not much space for new AMP and Woofer... please help me if you have any Idea........

....And please don't lie to me about the Sound System we have in our cars......... The only thing good about this piece of crap is the color matches perfect the car......

I just replaced the head unit only (Blaupunkt St. Louis) and the difference in sound was just amazing.
Why not just try the head unit replacement first and see if that satisfies you before you plunk all that pocket change on everything else?

Just installed a Kenwood X791 Receiver with Sirus, Ipod and Bluetooth. Also, a Blaupunkt 10" Low Profile bottom firing subwoofer and amp. Built with a false floor in the trunk of my coupe. Everything is hidden and out of view. Sounds great.
