Default Hello everyone!

Thanks for inviting me into this forum. I'm really looking foward to reading your posts about the Crossfire. I've had my 06 Roadster for little more than a year and have enjoyed every mile of road traveled.
My first question would be, which wind deflector works best at keeping the air in the cabin still. My wife loves the car but won't drive with the top down as it messes up her hair, (such a girl!).

Thanks again,

JTRoadster

Welcome to the forums, JTRoadster! I've owned my 2005 Roadster since February of this year. I almost jumped right into a wind restrictor purchase right away, but decided to wait until I could see one in person and hopefully catch a ride to see exactly what difference it is with and without.

I drop the top as long as it isn't raining or extremely cold. If the sun is out and it's over 40 degrees, more than likely the roof is down. On the cool days, it's heat on full, windows up, and heated seats on high. My bride is fussy about her hair too, but she pulls it back and wears a ball cap.

A wind restrictor may be a matter of personal preference. I was on the New England XFires Cruise at Newport RI this past Saturday. There were a half a dozen or so roadsters there and not one had a wind restrictor. They may not be as popular as I once thought they were. I will wait until I see one in person and then make a judgement on a purchase of a WR.

Bob

Welcome JT!

I have the mesh windrestrictor from http://tuningshop.co.uk and love it. It works very well. A few others have found better prices through Germany.

Welcome! I have the windrestrictor on mine and I am very happy with it. There is still some wind buffeting, but it is better than not having one at all.
