Any one remove the WARNING stickers on the sunvisors? You know, the ones that have a warning that I can't read because I refuse to stand on my head to read it. (I assume it is about the airbag system)

It looks like they will just pull off and then I would need to use some "goo gone" or such to remove the sticky residue.....butttt, I don't want to pull on them and find that they cover something unsightly on the visor....and then not be able to get them to stick back down..

 

I hate those stickers, it makes me think of attorneys every time I see one. I did not remove mine, but I did cover them with an LSU decal, and a fleur-de-lis decal (saints). It's a southern thing!!

 

I am 99% sure ours just pulled off no big deal and nothing ugly is underneath. Wait for a few more responses to confirm, but I vote rip them off!

 

Just pulled mile right off and thats it.
No glue residue and a nice clean visor.
Go ahead and take the things off !!

visors, sides of dash, underside of hatch, etc.

 

Yeah Andrew, but we all know that your quite the rebel. My wife won't even remove those lables on pillows and such that say " Do not remove under penalty of law "

Maybe the "Warning Decal Police" will show up at all of your doors someday and then you'll be sorry.

Years ago, Saturday Night Live (or some show like that) had a skit that involved the "Do Not Remove Under Penalty of the Law" tag that was on pillows. The skit was about a family that removed the tags from their pillows and were arrested by an enforcement team that was in charge of enforcing the "tags".

I always think about that skit when removing tags or stickers like this.
