Default Winter Special

I got some bad news at work today,we are going on a furlow for a week each month but I guess that's better than being unemployed. I really am grateful for having the job that I have and being able to keep it for 20 years. The thing is, I am now going to have to sell my Crossfire so if anyone knows of anyone looking for a Crossfire they need to let me know. Here are the details.
2005 Crossfire Roadster
Blaze Red Pearl
Less than 24,000 miles
Auto
Brand new set of Z rated tires
Black interior
Under warranty
Of course it's fully loaded and everything works.
I have more details but will cut this short.
Oh, yea, I need $16,000 but would consider less with a really serious buyer

Sad news, but 3/4 of a job is better than none. Don't sell the roadster. You'll be kicking yourself after the economy rebounds. If nothing else, take it off the road and spend your week off detailing her.

Good luck!!!

Sorry to hear about your situation.
Your car is the exact car my wife wants.
Too bad we have two car payments already.

Sorry to hear the news. I sure would try to hang on to the xfire if I were you. Once things pick back up, and they will, you'll regret you sold it. Maybe you can pick up some extra work somewhere else.

I know I will regret selling my roadster because it's took this long just to find one I could afford but I'm not too sure if going on one week of furlong will be the only thing our company does. We could start lay offs if the furlong doesn't help or the economy doesn't pick up after the first of the year. I do have a second job and that is what I have been making my Crossfire payments and insurance with. I don't know for how long I will have the second job because it's with the city of Stillwater and if they start cutting back, since I'm just part time,I'll be the first to go. I'm between "a rock and a hard place" really don't want to sell it but don't know what the future hold's job wise and I have house payments, taxes, insurance and end of the year stuff. I'm going to try and make it thru January and then if things don't look better,I will have to start advertising it hot and heavy to get out from under the payment.Of course,in Oklahoma, roadster's don't really start selling good until about April and May.

This makes me think back one year ago when I started the "Help "AimeeJ" fund
Makes me want to start a "Help peewee fund"

Although now most everyone is feeling the financial pinch with the economy and unemployment situation not to mention I believe AimeeJ still ended up having to sell her Crossfire in the end anyway.

I wish you the best outcome through a difficut time.

Gary

Sorry to hear you're going through that type of stress. I hope things pick up for your company and the economy in general. I think what your company is doing is wise for all of you. At least you get to keep your jobs, and hopefully the short hours don't last too long. It's difficult to see anyone lose employment.

Good luck. I hope you get to keep your baby.
