Default Debadge. Yes or No?

I've been contemplating a debadged rear. What do you think?

Yes or no.

I voted yes Max...but only because it is red, the tail lights blend in...so nice, and I still love those wheels...

I'm not a fan of debadging myself. It's is fine for others though as it is their car!

let them know what just went by, now that is funny right there....they don't usually have their binoculars standing by you know....the only way they are going to see those CROSSFIRE letters is when she's parked...

I like de-badging on most cars....it just does not look right done on a Crossfire - IMO.

Yes......it makes washing/waxing so much easier. How many times has your wash mitt/towel gotten hung up on one of the letters? Or how many times have you had to dig a string out from under one of them?

Just do it!!!

I really hate it with my California Duster! Little yellow strings!!!

And getting the wax that's wedged into the corners!!!

I'm all for both.

The one caveat I would have.......be sure you're ok with a shadow effect due to paint fading around the letters. Just something to think about.

The car is rarely left in the sun for any length of time. It IS something I thought about! Thanks.

And speaking of "ifs"-

If the letters were about 1/3 smaller, I would transplant them to the LED stop light bar.

That way I would be able to let folks know what it is by slowing down!

Just an idle thought...

Shadowing shouldn't be too much of a concern since the pain on these cars is relatively new. Reds might show shadowing more than others but it was a concern of mine when I did it. There was a little bit when I first did it but after a few weeks and washes there's no shadowing whatsoever on my car

Nah! The Crossfire is one of the few cars with a distinctive font for a logo. It fits in so well with the overall art-deco design of the car.

If you MUST take the letters off, let me know. I will gladly buy them off you for a little interior project I have planned....

Max, have some vinyl chrome letters made the size you want and place them on the stop light bar.

If you de-badge, can I have first dibs on your letters?
