Default Five years ago...

It was five years ago today that I pulled out of the dealership with my brand new 2005 Limited Roadster. I started off with a lease and the sticker and price of the car was $40,300.00 I didn't get the great deal that so many members on this forum have benefitted from in the past but at that time that was the price and that was what you paid. I have never regretted getting the car at that price since I was out driving my car when you never saw any other crossfires on the road especially a roadster since they had just come out. I now have 35,000 miles on her and most of the miles have been long distance miles she has been to the Tail of the dragon 4 times, Woodward Dream Cruise 2 times, Myrtle Beach 4 times, Orlando Speedway GTG plus some other runs locally and a few car shows. I love this car today as much as I did 5 years ago when I drove it off the car lot. Seems like yesterday I was waiting for the roadsters to be released to the dealers so I could get one and well the rest is history. Pat

Congratulations to you! It must be great to have owned it right off the assembly line. Worth it at any price..

I was the first private owner of mine, but it took 2 years for her to find her way to me.

Congrats Pat, time goes by so fast it's hard to believe it's been 5 years. Like you, I too love this car as much or even more than I did when it was new.
I hope we can drink a toast to our Crossfires at the Dragon 5 years from now.

I have also tried Google, the info only returns to the dealer that I traded the car to, and is listed as being sold.
