OK, here's your GA victim. Fell out yesterday with no warning.

Savannah, GA
Garaged, but out in full sun 3-4 days a week

Gonna try the Window Weld.

My window is still holding. Window weld is tedious, but works. Make sure you cover everything good. This stuff is like tar and you only want it exactly where you put it. Also make sure that either you have GREAT light or someone else to hold the shop light. I used a small paint brush to paint on the window weld. That way got a a 1/4 inch line and real smooth. Plan to throw brush away when finished. I did let sit up for a couple of days before getting back out on the road. Let me know how it goes.

Just curious, but how many Roadsters (North of the Mason Dixon Line) still have their windows "factory sealed"?

To make matters worse no warranty help. I'm out $1,900.

But at least I can drive my car. Looks real nice navy blue on SSB.

The name and address of the shop is:
Calamari Trim Shop
339 N Broad St
New Orleans, LA 70119-5509

Talk to Joe. Let me know if this helps.

On the Coupe forum, under the PARTS OR LACK THEREOF thread, someone posted this site for parts. I checked and they list tops and hardware for XF's.

(1) 2005
(2) Statesboro, Georgia
(3) Always outside, never garaged

Weather gets real hot here, just noticed it coming off on the left side of the rear window the other day. The rest is holding for now. I am looking for a cheaper alternative ( university student ).
