Default Fuel Stabilizer

I've been driving my car about every 2 weeks for 30 minutes and live in New England however I didn't put any fuel stabilizer in. Car is stored outside Do you think I need to and if so how many ounces of Sta-bil do you mix into the gas tank? Any info greatly appreciated.
