Default New Tires

I am about to get new rims (Mandrus Mannheim rims 18x8.5 and 19x9.6) and tires (235/40R18 and 265/35R19).
GoodYear F1 $950
Cont 3 $1120
Mich PS2 $1295

I'm not worried about the $300 difference. I only drive in the summer, mostly in town but do go to the Dragon in the fall and like to drive curves aggressively.

Which brand of tires?

The PS2's do grip nicely on the Dragon. I speak from experience.

I'm torn between the Michelin and the Goodyear, too, but which tires are superior with regard to comfort and noise? After all, a nice ride is important.

my 6's have a firm stock suspension. so, i'm very aware of comfort/noise...which is subjective in and of itself. i have no complaints whatsoever with the ps2's. i seriously considered the pirelli zeros, too. my graphite one came with oem continentals and i didn't know how bad they were until i got my black one with oem ps2's. i couldn't pull my checkbook out fast enough to replace them.
