Old School Roadster
Old School Roadster
I just had to Share this, My dad was a member of one of the top Sprint car / Silver Crown teams in the country.
He finished this ground up, hand built Indy Replica and just got it street legal. So if any of you in West central Indiana see it zipping down the road, give him a honk and a wave.

Re: Old School Roadster
I really dont know all the specifics,
The motor is a 4 cyl from a Nissan Truck, some engine that had 2 plugs per cyl. He had his engine shop in Indy do a mild performance build on it. Balanced, blueprinted, ported , etc. Its really smooth. He has the headlights
hidden behind the grill and the turn sigs are small motorcycle units mounted on top of the shock towers, 3rd brake light behind the roll bar.

I just thought maybe he had a "twin-cam" Mazda Miata in it, to pay homage to the "OFFY".
