My son just purchased an 08 crossfire with navagation. Is there a simple way to connect an ipod to this unit?

 

If he has the becker/infinity combination he can use a solisto interface.
The solisto emulates a cd changer and has some restrictions concerning tracks (99) and cd's (9).

If he has bought an Silverline with the Alpine navigation he has to look if there is an Alpine adapter interface available.

 

I use this device for my iPhone - it allows me to control the iPod functions from my Stereo or the Phone and keeps my phone charged.

If you want to control from just your iPod - you can go cheap and buy one of these cabe adapters... but no charging functions

He created an interface between the becker nav units and an ipod specifically for our cars. Pretty cool stuff, do a search or PM Rudy for specifics.
