Crossfire Roaster Impressons!
Well it happened. I got the Roadster from work today. I am super impressed. VERY TIGHT. No rattles, shakes, weird noises, anything. It is perfect, A+.
I took a bunch of pictures to share:

Don't drool on they keyboard too much.
I'll get some shots next to the coupe tomorrow 8)
I'm not for one to get a convertable, but I now kind of wish I waited for it. The top comes down with ease. I love how the spoiler is automatic like the coupe. It is actually fun to watch it fold up. Oh and the rear window is glass not plastic
Oh yeah.. another thing. The windows on the doors are bigger, more viewing area. I think even more head room with the top up. Might be the key for those who are a little over 6' and didn't like the coupe.

now I know why DC has never taken a photo from the back with the top up.. it looks weird and out of place but is looks really good with the top down!
Definetly a top down only car IMO.

They just come to mind.
Yeah, that's my only problem with Convertibles, they look really bad with the top up, at least 95% of them do.
Have any of you seen the Pontiac Solstice? I kind of like it. It looks cool. I haven't seen any pictures of it with the top up, though.

I don't believe a color matched top can be possible because a soft top is a different material, thus it cannot be identical. But that's just my personal opinion. I'd want a softtop to be a totally different color than the body paint (except for black, then it can be the same color).

Corvette, Porche, Ferrari and Mercedes Benz 500SL!
I would like a crossfie rag top for nice days when the top could be down... I bet I could get more storage if I tossed the soft top too...

And actually the VW Bug has a very apt soft top, so I'd add it to the list of good looking softtops.
I don't agree with the corvette, Porsche, Ferrari, or the Benz SL500 though. I think they all look pretty bad with the softtop.
Chrysler should offer a lock-on hard top over the soft top like Ford's Thunderbird.
