Default 05 Yellow Crossfire Roadster

I have an 05 yellow roadster with about 40,000 miles.I put about 8,000 miles on it last year with no problems. It has been stored this winter in a heated garage and today I noticed that the battery was dead. I hooked up a charger and after about 30 minutes I noticed the left side, front and rear parking lights were on.I checked the light switch but it was turned off. I then disconnected the battery and continued to charge it.This PM I connected the battery and again the left side parking lights came on.Does anyone have any ideas what is causing this problem

Make sure the switch is is in the off position and not turned to the left for the standing lights.
