Click on your name.
Click on "personal gallery"
Click on (Upload pics) balloon - lower left of screen
Click on Browse to see pictures at your computer.
Add title and other description
Click to add photo to your personal gallery.

Go to the picture you want to post. Get the URL address of the picture and copy it. Open the "Post Reply" or "New Topic" box. Click the IMG box up above your message box - then paste the URL to your picture and click IMG again so the URL is between the IMG's. (You can only post a picture that is on a website - either your album picture or on another website.)
