Default Memory Seat Upgrade

Has anyone found a resource for updating the Crossfire with a device to allow the seats to store the settings of up to 2 drivers? My wife complains when she has to readjust the seat for her short frame...

Interesting proposition you have there. My suggestion, the only one I could think of is to give her the yellow one and go buy yourself a red one.

I am laughing here. I was actually looking at a MB SKL280 at the local Toyota dealer down the street. Maybe she would trade me.
thanks for the reply...

I know what you mean, I have a mint 2002 Chrysler Concorde Limited that does this, and I love it !

This is a 2 part issue. First, the seat itself must include some type of sensing mechanism to indicate to the electronics what it's current position is, then you would need electronics to remember settings and command changes.

As an example, the seats in the above 2002 Concorde have all the sensing and electronics built into them, however the electronics interfaces with the PCM and the BCM on the PCI bus to determine several things : 1. is seat belt fastened 2. is shift lever in park 3. is the vehicle moving ( duh ! - kinda hard to do in park ).
This module ( MHSMM - Module Heated Seat Mirror Memory ) also adjusts the 2 outside mirrors along with the seat position. )

In short, +1 to giving the wife the yellow one and get yourself a red one.

If that's all your wife complains about, you are a lucky man indeed.
