I purchased the roadster new in April 2005 and the SRT6 in Jan 2008 with 8500 miles. Currently at 42k and 22k, respectively. They are driven in good weather only, which in Michigan is May-early November. The roadster has made several trips to NY, CT, WI, and recently to FL. I also work from home, which cuts down on the daily driving. On the other hand, I also picked up a 2003 Audi A6 2.7T MT6 with 37k the same month I purchased the roadster - it now has 210k. Heavy travel to all states on the east side of the Mississippi and as far west as San Antonio. She is a true road warrior and almost as much fun to drive at the roadster, in a tank-sized 4WD way.

 

Not my/our daily driver. New Scion IQ is daily and PT Cruiser is secondary. Xfire only comes out on weekends. Mine hasn't been out of the garage in three weeks. Just hooked the battery tender up just in case. Keeps the value higher with lower miles

 

I put about 7000 a year on the Crossfire roadster it is the not too bad a weather daily driver but is part of a group of cars for when other capapbilities are needed--it is the newish boringly reliable good fuel economy decent driver.
The Crossfire does not do well in heavy rain or snow with the wide tires.
The Ram 2500 4x4 get used when need to haul tow or bad weather--it gets about 2500 miles a year.
The Bertone X1/9 and Ferrari Mondial are the great weather drivers, 80s Italian cars are not known for rust proofing--X1/9 when warmer and Ferrari when cooler these get about 2000 on the X1/9 and 3000 on the Mondial.
The 60's Chryslers each get a few hundred miles a year--When parked beside the Newport front bumber even the Crossfires rear bumper is at the convertible top well of the Newport.

 

Just bought 2005 limited, had 45000 miles on it. Car is being delived Friday can't wait to rack up some miles on it!

 

Have 82,000+ miles on my 05 roadster. Drives in rain, snow, etc. I'll drive it until it doesn't run anymore. Even if mine was in pristine condition it's a $13,000 car that will get beaten 0-60 by a Hyundai Sonata Turbo.

 

Purchased for my wife and she no longer drives. My DD is a Miata.

 

Fair enough, but I love it that everyone brings up, "You can be beaten by a V6 camry, sonata, etc 0-60."

Hows about we do some turning too because those pigs have nothing on us LOL

I bought an 06 Roadster with 2,000 mile for about 1/2 the original price. I doubt i will find that deal again, so we will only drive it when the sun shines! the Xfire goes to the garage in December and comes out in late March or April

Bought mine last March with almost 39k, now at 42. One of my 3 cars, I use it on sunny days cruisin and to car shows. As far as I know, this car has not seen rain yet. Previous owner(dealer) kept it in garage and only went out on nice days, just like I do.

 

I just got mine officially going on 4 days as an XFire owner I bought mine with 34450 miles I don't plan to add a lot soon I have been driving it for fun the last few days added about 250 miles but it is eventually going to replace my daily driver except for when it rains.

I think i have about 42000 miles on mine ,got new of Sept 2005 , not a winter car but a great summer car

 

I bought mine with 7,000 miles on the odometer, for less than a third of its original price. It now has 27,000 miles. I work at home, so it doesn't get used much. However, when I am in it, it usually is on a 2,000-mile business trip. Will be heading to Miami Beach soon, and coming home via Roanoke, Virginia. That will be followed by a trip to Philadelphia, then back to Florida. All before March 1. It's not the most comfortable car in the world for that kind of trip, but I love the car.
