Considering a crossfire convertible
From my title you can see what I'm thinking. My concern is because I'm 6'-4" tall. Will I fit?
also, will a Mercedes dealer do maintenance on these cars? I'll do most of my own, but when it's a major repair will they take it on?

I can't answer your height ? but most Benz dealers won't touch the xfire. Try an independent Benz shop. Once they pop the hood, they'll feel right at home.
I'm about 6' 3" and more leg tall and the car fit me pretty well. Head room is good for me but it would be nice if I had and inch more for the seat could go back. I would see if someone would let you sit in it for about an hour and if its still comfortable - I would go buy one. Let us know what you decide. Good luck!
I'm 6'2" and I have a coupe, I fit fine.
In the past, every time somebody asked about how well they might fit in a Crossfire, (if they were taller than me) I would always recommend the roadster because I understood it offers a little more headroom.
Well this time, I just happen to have roadster in my garage parked right next to my coupe (I'm storing my Daughters car for the winter) so I put my coat on and went out and checked it out myself.
With the seat in the same position as my coupes, which is to say the bottom cushion is in the lowest position it will go, with the seat back touching the bulkhead, there seemed to be just slightly more headroom. But I also noticed that the bow in the roof crossed over directly above my forhead, and it was definitely closer to my head than the roof in my coupe is.
D Rock's suggestion was spot on, go for a long test drive 1st.

I'm 6'4", bought a SRT6 roadster last year(one of only 928 made) . Leg room is fine, it actually has more legroom than my ford excursion (which you could put 2 crossfires in). I flew to TN to pick it up and drove 10 hours home the first time I drove it...no problem.
The headroom with the top up requires a little getting used to but is well worth the minor discomfort. There is more headroom in the roadster than the coupe but as a poster above noted one of the top braces/ribs is in the area of your head.
My son in law is 6'7" and really can't drive it when the top is up.
Buy it now before there all gone...you will not regret it!!

So I went and sat on the livingroom floor and sitting with my legs striaght out flat -toes up and my back about 90 devs from my legs "kinda uncomfortable" i came up with this. From my heels to my tail bone / lower back I measure 3' 7" and from the floor to the top of my head it is 3' 2". So I hope this helps.
I'm 6'1" and have a 2005 roadster.
As others have said , getting into the car with the top up requires a "system". Of course I'm 74 and not quite as flexible as you probably are.
Once in, I am comfortable with more legroom than offered by my 300M's and plenty of headroom.
I'd buy it......even if only for top down, Summer use.

Here's a rather detailed thread on a way to lower the seat.

Another way to gain head room is to remove the padded area in front of your knees. This will enable you to move the seat forward more, and tilt the seat back at a steeper angle.
What ever it takes to make yourself comfortable in one of these cars is worth it.
I purchased my car thru EBAY from a dealer 9 hours away. At the time, I had sat in more than a 1/2 dozen different Crossfires and never could find a position that I was comfortable in.
When I got to the dealer to pick up my car, the salesman drove my car from around the building up to the showroom and parked it right in front of where his deskwas and where I was sitting.
He was the same hight as I am, and when I went out to inspect the car, and got in it, I fit fine. I told him this was the 1st. Crossfire that I actually fit in, and he showed me what the "trick" was to getting the seat in it's lowest position.

I agree w above comments and I found that its an excellent cold weather car w an amazing heater and quickly gets cozy inside.
I don't mean in snow, ice or rain, but we've had lots of cold 10 degree dry nights when I pickup my nurse wife from work.
In the coldest weather we choose to use the Roadster!

You may find it easier to fit in a roadster vs. a coupe as the roadster gives you a bit more headroom (with the top up of course).
I;m about 6;3 , had my Roaster going on 8 yrs in Sept, been out west couple times and to Nc more times then i can count LOL , once you find that spot your good to go, but it take little moving around to find it, go test drive one for a few hours and see how you do , The Fun factor will take alot hurt away LOL !!!!
