Getting to seat relay

Some make it sound easy, but I removed all the screws to lower panel to access seat relay. I expected to have the panel drop down, but no it didn't. I could use some additional help on what the trick is to have the panel drop down. Thanks

there is 1 screw that is less obvious, located on the extreme right of the knee bolster in a cavity

Thanks for the pic's. A big help, I didn't know that the ring came out to expose those two screws. I will try this again !!

Didn't say what year. 07-08 is more complicated because of the knee air bag which must drop also. If you have one of these, disconnect the battery 10 minutes before starting to avoid a surprise. Have'nt dropped yet (went from both speedo dash lights bad to just one after a rap) but looks like you just pull the big bolt on each end and it drops.
