Default Aftermarket Seat elements

Question!

Can the seat elements that are sold in kits on eBay be used with
Our OE wiring?

Just change connectors and install elements?

You can buy a double kit witch is aftermarket and I just want to put elements in but not sure if that is possible?

Any feedback?

I recall some years ago that someone made a post about after market heaters with great results. I prefer to stay away from the OEMs since they break so easily. Both of my seat heaters don't work but since I don't drive it much in the winter, it is not a problem. But if I do decide to repair, it will be after market.
