Hemi I for my roadster

Can this be done? If so how much for the engine and install by a Chrysler dealer?
So basically, I want to drop the Hemi engine in my base car that appeared in the high performance Crossfire
Thank you

by a stealer ship, probably $100,000+
putting a hemi in a mercedes platform, change everything but the gloovebox.

the m113 mercedes v8 is what is used with the least modifications

The SRT6 uses the same M112 3.2 L V6 as the NA, with some different internal parts.
If you want a SRT6, best bet is to sell your NA and buy a SRT6.

our Crossfires are on the slk r170 platform.
all the drive train parts on your crossfire matches a 2004 slk320.

we have a mb m112 v6 engines the m113 is the v8 version on the same engine family.

putting in a hemi would be harder than putting in a chevy ls platform.
atleast then full aftermarket support and a aluminum flat plane engine.

Re: Hemi I for my roadster

the crossfire is 90% mercedes and 10% chrysler the mercedes 3.2 v6 comes in all crossfires in 2005 and about 12 cars in 2006 they (daimlerchrysler) when it was daimlerchrysler made the crossfire on the slk assy line using most of the parts from the 2000 to 2004 slk in 2005 they made a supercharged version called it the srt6,, if we want more power you can do the V8 conversion cost is 20,000.00+ or - depends on how much power you want. there is one crossfire with a hemi in it ,,,the guy that did it had to cut the frame ,widen it for it to fit in the eng bay then had to cut away finder brackets to get the car to look right. as you can see by my sig i have the world fastest crossfire ,and i along with the guy that built mine Rudy we are building one as we speak ,,it will be for sale around june. jim
note u tube or google world fastest crossfire.

If I remember right, I don't think the car that had the ls conversion had to do any cutting in the engine bay. the problem was he use a turbo 350 trans that is a 3 speed with no od. I used to ha e his number and text him some about it.

anything is possible, just depends on how much money you want to spend.
