Default Mechanical concern

Infrequently but often enough to be dangerous the car will hesitate as though it's stalling but never does. This happens when stopping or starting from a complete stop or when slowly making a 90 degree turn left or right. Electronic diagnosis reveals nothing. Two repair shops unable to diagnose the cause. Anyone else have this experience or have any recommendations on how to correct?

Yes, I had this for years until I discovered that I was the cause.
I have the bad habit of using my left foot on the brake, this car will cut the throttle signal if it detects that the brakes have been activated.
Usually happened to me from a start turning a corner, often trying to merge in traffic.
I have not had any further problems since I made sure my foot was off the brake pedal.
