before anything else make sure you're holding the button until the top stops moving AND you hear a beep letting you know it's reached full close or open. beyond that you'll to need to find someone that is knowledgeable about what the switch state should be for the position your top is in and the scan tools needed read the data in the power top module. the 2007 is a bit of a pain cause it uses witech1 and witech2. i think a dealer would be your best bet.

Yes thank you .for the switch at the windshield should be closed and I'm not sure how to get to that one and the other limit switches I know the functions of them I was wondering if they are any videos out there on how to get at that switch at the windshield and I do run the top till it beeps

The car beeps whether the top is up or down? If so I find it hard to believe that it could be the header switch.

I'm sorry I'm new to this I probably sent you two of them but here it goes again can it be a maladjusted locking stems I wish I could see them to see if they are sitting where are supposed to and if it is a problem how do you adjust them I don't see a way that they can be but that I don't know the only adjustment but I seen his on the limit switch that's on a tunnel cover it has about a 3/8 throw and the screw for adjustment is painted
