There is a company named Adamesh in the UK that in the past made mesh fabric windscreens for our Roadsters
Years ago they discontinued production but just recently were contacted by one of our Crossfire members and are now once again making these quality mesh fabric windscreens available for a limited time at a terrific price.
These are high quality mesh windscreens which provide superior wind buffeting protection in our Roadsters.
Another benefit of these windscreens is that there is not any glare or reflection from lights behind you and the mesh screen even acts as a filter to reduce the glare from headlights following you at night.
The photos below are my Roadster with one of these Adamesh windscreens installed.
I have had mine for 2 years and highly recommend it !!!
Installation is simple as it attaches to our existing umbrella hooks with a custom bracket designed for the Crossfire.
It is simple to remove with the 2 ***** that secure it to the bracket.
So if you want to buy one for your Roadster the price will drop to £124 when you add it to your cart. £50 shipping to the USA
Or $159 and $64
I have the plexiglass screen now and it makes a lot of noise when driving because it keep rattling against the roll bars behind the seats. Do you have a similar issue with this new wind screen ? Patrick (massgold)

No sounds at all and in my opinion it provides better comfort from wind buffeting from behind you at any speed plus no reflection from other lights.....plus it looks stylish !!!
This is great news! Thanks for the information. Just contacted the company ... they are stocked and ready to ship. ETA is about 4 days to MI. Again, thanks.
Just picked one of these up, around 200 shipped. Seems like great quality but the parts are not lining up and the company hasn't been helpful. Either the brackets are too short or possibly bent too far, does anyone with this screen have a picture of the brackets or be able to measure their bracket length?
The brackets aren't coming down far enough to rest on the hook screws, and the nuts on the screen are hitting the plastic trim. After emailing back and forth company says my hooks are too low from the factory, which is balogna
I installed the windscreen with the nuts on the backside. This allowed the slots to fit firmly behind the lower screws.
See I tried that, but the screen sat further forward than I wanted, I was hoping to see it flush against the roll bars. Maybe my brackets are shaped slightly differently from yours

Great news, indeed! Made the purchase and installed the windscreen in June. Game changer! Installed per instructions and took it for a test drive. Traveling down the interstate @ 85 talking with my wife like there was no ambient noise whatsoever. Wonderful ... until I noticed the screen "hitching" up off the bolts. Pulled the screen right off while on the exit ramp. It stayed in our laps until we arrived back to the house.
Turns out the brackets were the wrong (height) size which didn't allow the screen to be seated correctly. Had to re-engineer the brackets and find spacers to fit new bolts so as to attach the screen so it would stay seated and in place (safely) AND, keep the attached bolts (rear side of brackets) from damaging the rear cowling on the car. It was a HOT MESS for about 24 hours trying to figure it out. The company was no help and insisted their design was flawless and they hadn't seen complaints like mine in 20 years.
Now, all that said ... the windscreen (now) performs beautifully - and safely. The things we do for love ...
The windscreen is snug against the driver’s side roll bar and about 1/4” from the passenger’s side. That may be due to leaning the seat back too far too many times.
Thanks for the pictures DKA! I actually had mine attached the same way as you, my last picture was just all possible combos to see if it was me or the screen.
Ordered a windscreen in early July and received this email from Adamesh. I hope you solve the mounting issues.
Well that's very interesting, did they say what was wrong with their batch? I'll have to reach out to Adamesh as they haven't sent me anything. Preciate it!
It is Nov 29 2020 and I just ordered the Adamesh mesh screen for my SRT6 . The website is up and running and the screens are still available. The total with the screen, shipping, and VAT tax came to $242.74 via Paypal. I have a Lexan wind blocker now but don't like the reflections off of it at night, and the mesh is supposed to be quieter. We'll see.
Skinner, please let me know what you think once you’ve gotten it installed.
Thanks,
- Brian
BRIAN, I received it a few days ago. My Crossfire is covered up because it's outside. I'm making room in my garage to store it for the winter but once I uncover it I'll install the mesh and take it for a ride because I'm as curious as you to see how it fits and works. Maybe I'll do it this week!
