Another reliable company in Florida who can repair our Hydraulic convertible top cylinders
A lot of positive discussion about this company on our Crossfire group Facebook pages

They rebuilt 2 cylinders for me. Nice work, done quickly by friendly people in a first class facility!

Agreed. Good people, spotless facility. They repaired my main cyls. this week, I reinstalled them yesterday. A little pricey at $200 each, plus $100 each for new rods. Time will tell if the value justifies the cost.

Definitely worth being able to use your convertible top again, isn't it? The other solution is to send them to Klaus at Top Hydraulics but a) they charge more b) you have to pay for shipping c) the turnaround time at Sarasota Cabriolet Hydraulics is over-night or same day so that CANNOT be beat.

To me I am always surprised how cheap Crossfire owners are. Seen it so many times on here and in Facebook Groups. Essentially you are driving a 35-50K sports car and I'd hope you'd want to keep it nice. But so many owners complain when a relay is $80 or a cylinder costs a couple hundred bucks to keep a beautiful/complex and rare piece of engineering alive and well. If it's like that, I'd just go with a 2004 Toyota Camry - parts will be much less and so will be the fun!

As for Cabriolet Hydraulics, I can only recommend these guys. They do an amazing job, warranty their work and I have yet to hear of someone having leaking cylinders again, after they refurbished them. Honest and good people!

Take a breath----- I did not mean to offend, disparage, or complain. My observations are my own. If asked, I would recommend Cab Hydraulics. I am certainly used to paying for quality, my last car was a BMW 735i which I owned for 24 yrs. If you're a local you may have seen it. The license plate was HTRD BMR
Be well

Sure....if someone lives in the Tampa Bay they surely have seen the BMW 735i with you in it 🤦‍♂️
Point is your hydraulic top cylinders lasted for 20 years...a couple hundred bucks shouldn't break your bank or you needed to purchase a different vehicle. You are driving a fairly rare care, built by a factory that doesn't exist anymore today and made up of mostly Mercedes parts....did you expect a hydraulic store with special equipment to charge you $20 per cylinder? Come on people....smh
