Default Top Hydraulics - pump rebuild

I sent my top pump to Klaus and the team on Tuesday 1/2/24 from NC and got it back today 1/12/24. It looks great! I can’t wait to reinstall it. So far so good. A big thank you to Top Hydraulics.

That looks like new! Not bad turnaround time either.

Just saw your post in the want-ad's, have you tried contacting Klaus at Top Hydraulics for that 'O' ring? If he doesn't have it (I suspect he does), maybe he has the part number and where you can get it. Good luck!

Klaus sent me cylinder port o-rings so I could finish the install. Great company! You have to be careful installing the hydraulic lines because it is easy to tear the o-ring. My rebuilt pump works great and no leaks. Anybody that is handy with hand tools can do this.

I noticed this on the floor in my garage below this rubber hose that drains water from inside the gas cap door.
It was hydraulic oil running down the outside of this hose.
It turns out my right main hydraulic cylinder for the top finally began to leak oil and it was running down on the tube and dripping on the floor.
Good news is I have 2 new main cylinders shipping from “Top Hydraulics” and will arrive in 2 days.
I’m bringing them to the Ozarks Event in a few weeks and I'm going to have them installed by an expert who is also attending the event.

I’ll send my 2 main cylinders removed back to Top Hydraulics for a refund of the core deposit I paid.
I spoke with the owner himself today and we discussed this forum as well as the many Facebook groups for Crossfire owners
Top Hydraulics has been known to be the best source to replace our Roadster Hydraulic Cylinders for many years
