ok well like the first thing somebody asked me here on the forums is are you really 18 and have a srt-6. yes i am and i'm paying for it myself. what i want to see is who here owns one and what is your age. i was wanting to see who is the youngest person with one or i'm i?

but on the serious side...be careful... its a lot of car/power for a younger driver.

But seriously...is a lot of power, you need to learn to respect the vehicle!
I just got mine...LOVE it! Hubby has the Viper (see my gallery) and I was getting jealous of the power & freedom, so he surprised me with my "BlueQT". OH, and I'm NOT younger than 18...LOL

 

i own a camaro right now with the same if not more power and never crashed. i'm sure i can handle this car.

 

FYI, I wasn't suggesting you couldn't "handle the car". All I said it that you should respect it! That holds true for your camaro too. Any car with power needs to be respected. I've seen TOO many accidents, some don't even want to talk about, because people don't know how to respect the power of a vehicle. Hey, I'm just as fast of a driver as the next SRT owner (in fact asked about putting more power) but I have respect for the vehicle (and more importantly myself!). Enjoy the car...it's AWESOME! BTW...don't let people and their comments of your age get you down...they're jealous! More power to you for getting yourself what you wanted!!

 

i'm 24 and i have a black '05 srt-6...i was never taken seriously when i pulled up to the audi or jag dealers in my civic. so i left there and went to see the guy that we have bought the last 3 cars from and he was just listing what he had on the lot and he said, you gotta just come and take the srt out for a test drive...i fell in love with it and i never handed the keys over again...3 days later i'm signing paperwork and its all mine and now when i drive by the snobby dealers i have the last laugh...you can't judge a mans wallet by his ride, i'm living proof!

 

42 and loving life. I just need to get more power out of that engine. Who races their SRT?, and if so where is a good source for performance parts and race wheels?

Hi, what is a real good price on the srt-6 coupe, is $32,000 out the door 2005 a bargain? Help want one.

 

25, just got a smokin deal on a new SRT-6, $30K.

 

This one has 900 miles on it at the dealer! They have 2 on the lot. Everybody else other dealers want alot more! Confused about the big price drop from MSRP, does the srt-6 coupe come standard with the tire sensor? thanks for the quick reply!

yeah when i get it i'll get some pics. i'm sure its just like yours because there is only like 2 different options for the cars. all season tires and nav for the radio. your pretty lucky your parents bought you such a expensive car for your first. if my parents were going to spend 40 grand on me i would have got a vette. lol
