Default Anyone looking for new SRT-6?

If anyone is interested I just took delivery of a Black '05 SRT-6 Coupe with 17 miles on it from Tarpon Springs Dodge near Tampa Fl. The asking price was $24,995 but I got a substantial discount. I believe they have 3 or 4 more to sell. If you are interested call Jim Kiernan at 727.934.5745 and tell him you want a deal like Harry got.

When I bought mine they had 10 or 12 and I probably was able to negotiate a good price. I can't speak for them, but I think you could buy it for $23,600 or less. Mine was below $23,500. Also they are willing to ship at your expense. They do have a processing fee like most dealers that is an add-on. Good luck negotiating.

I bought mine from Tarpon Springs Dodge also - paid a little more for the SRT-6 than you but they gave me a ridiculous (as in more than I could have sold it for privately) amount for my trade, so I came out better in the end - net it was in the same range you are mentioning...

btw their financing rates stink so I refinanced immediately with my credit union... so you may want to bring your own draft...

I just got one there as well, worst car buying experience I've ever heard of.

The car looked like it was "detailed" by a fundraiser car wash.

The front end has scratches, and indentations that I'll have to pay to be corrected, or just deal with.

Residue is still on it from the shipping plastic.

They weren't even going to include the manuals until I asked where they were.

They tried to play both sides, on the phone, the car is great it's new with 40 miles.

In person after flying 1,200 miles, "What do you expect, it's a three year old car".

Avoid if possible.

Sorry you had a bad experience. My experience was totally opposite. Since I had my car shipped to my location I did not expect it to arrive perfectly detailed. However, it only took a couple of hours to bring it up to better than new condition. Mine had no scratches, dents, dings or blemishes and came with all of the papers, remotes, floor mats etc. that were supposed to be included. Based on the price that I got it for, mine was an excellent value and I am happy with it.

Strange how things can be so different at the same dealer.

Tom Ahl family of dealerships in Lima Ohio also has a few SRT's left, coupes and roadsters. Feeny Chrysler in Elgin Illinois also has 3 SRT coupes that I know of, 2 black and one Graphite, if anyone is interested.
