Cheap way to get the Mann fleece filter:
WIX P/N 57078 is the MANN fleece filter with a fresh set of O-Rings.
They are just $10.96 (Plus shipping) from Rock Auto.
I have no affiliation with Rock Auto, I am simply a satisfied multiple-repeat customer of theirs. In fact, I first learned about Rock Auto from this forum.
After my last order with them I got emailed a coupon code that can be used by anyone (at least until it expires).
Use this coupon/discount code to get 5% off Rock Auto's list prices

I have a question about the oil itself. I work for Valvoline Instant Oil Change. We carry the filter it might need ordered at some stores but we stock it at my store, but our computer calls for 0w40 syn. can I use a 5w40 syn? What oils are you guys using for your x'fer.
I don't have one yet but Im thinkin of getting one. I'm just lurking around here and other sites to see the pros and cons of the car. I like to do my homework on everything I buy.
