I'm probably interested too. Wonder what installation will be like.
Since I only drive mine in the spring/summer, a lower temp thermostat should not affect mine. Put a lower temp one in my father-in-law's Vette and it made a difference.

Well, this past weekend I added another bottle of water wetter and at first i thought i saw a difference in temp as it stayed below the middle mark, but it was only 70 degrees out at the time. Later in the day it of course got hotter(87) and while i was sitting in traffic the temp rose again above the middle mark as it usually does so im not sold on it! When do the fans kick on automatically because it seems mine do not kick on at all except when i first take the car out and as the temp rises to almost half way, i hear them for about 5-10 sec then cut off. After they stop, I rarely hear them kick on again.

Guys, it looks like there is 1 thermostat available from the mbworld forums. PM me and I will put you in touch with the person.

I checked today after 60 miles at approx. 65 mph and 69 degrees I could see the halfway mark on the top side of the indicator. I know these things are not calibrated so mine may be reading the same temp as everyone else and just slightly over the mark. Anyone else just under the mark?
