Default Aero Blue SRT

Has anyone seen my SRT on a transport? It's going from Florida to California. Aero Blue.

Today I was told it was picked up on Thurs. night.

...oh where oh where can my SRT be, oh where oh where can it be...

I am very anxious.

No, but I did call them. I got it from Massey-Yardley Chrysler Dodge in Hobe Sound Fl.
2,500 miles, Navigation, 28.5K - Roadster Most other dealerships I talked to wanted the same price for cars with a lot more mileage.

Wow, how much does it cost to ship from FL to CA?

I'll watch for it in Dallas!

I can tell you that I paid $888 from FL to WA.

I pick up the car on Thursday since I haven't had time to head to the depot yet. I took a week to get there once it left St. Petersburg.

$888 isn't a bad price. Do you still pay state taxes if it's purchased from another state?

Yes, or at least I did. You pay the taxes in the state you register it in, not the state you buy it in.

I paid the FL state taxes but when I plan to register it in WA, I'll get credit for what I paid in FL.

I did a lot of shopping around for shipping and being a convertible it "has to go on top" which supposedly cost extra, but I was able to get it done for $860 (2,500 miles) it was picked up last Thurs. night and should arrive today or tomorrow.

As far as taxes go my understanding is that I will have to pay the difference in state tax from CA. vs. FL. And car has to be inspected since it's from out of state (shouldn't be an issue - i've already done this with a previous used car).

In Arizona, if you buy it out of state from a private party, you don't
have to pay state sales tax. I bought mine from dealer in SD.
I had to pay AZ state tax. Once my city got word of the purchase,
I got hit by them also.
