Yeah that's the only downside, more traction with hard launches = more stress on the driveline, and I'm not sure if it can take it.

ASA lists the FN1, which I believe is the same a the ZR2 that tire rack carries, in a 18x10 with a 25 mm offset. That would be perfect for the BFGS or the ET radials. They are probably about $300 a pc then throw in the tires your looking at $1,200.

I'm supposed to be going out there Sat. with a buddy of mine. He's still dialing in the new combination on his GMC syclone. A few years back he set the IHRA B/stock truck record and he put a new combination together this year and he's still fine tuning. He's trying to talk me into bringing my car but I'm not going to, I'm not getting beat up on by a truck lol. I'll look for you out there, he said he saw you make 1 pass the last time you were there, he was diggin' seeing a Crossfire at the track.

There was a Cyclone at our track this past Wednesday. It had aftermarket 18" wheels but still hooked great. For whatever reason though, it only put down a 14.8.

I thought they were 13 sec trucks from the factory?

Awesome vehicles either way, both the Cyclone and Typhoon...that new Trailblazer SS AWD is pretty slick as well.
